Lessons are opportunities to grow. Take a pause and reflect on the year. What lessons will you take with you in 2021? What will you leave behind?

December is the final month of the year, the final month of the final quarter of the year, and also the beginning of a new season—winter. It’s a festive month filled with holiday cheer and spirit. This year might be a different family and friends gathering due to Covid, but I hope that doesn’t stop you from celebrating. Let’s face it, we all deserve some holiday cheer and spirits to toast the closing of the year of uncertainty we were survivors of!

Having and showing gratitude for even the smallest of things going right in our lives, is a new paradigm; a shift in our mindset. Gratitude changes the trajectory.
