Operational mastery with mindful design thinking…
Gillian is a systems strategist, business coach, and mindful innovator who transforms complex processes into streamlined, audit-ready operations while empowering individuals and organizations to achieve their goals with clarity and precision. At the heart of her work is her 4-Tier organizational system, a structured methodology that underpins all the systems she creates:
Take inventory of your surroundings: understand what exists and where improvements are needed.
Purge and merge: remove redundancies and consolidate resources.
Categorize: organize information, processes, or assets logically.
Create a system: implement an actionable, sustainable solution.
She brings a holistic approach as a sound healer, integrating mindfulness and energy alignment into leadership and entrepreneurial development. This unique combination allows design solutions that are not only effective and compliant but also human-centered, fostering clarity, productivity, and well-being across teams and clients.
Whether building systems, coaching leaders, or facilitating wellness experiences, Gillian’s work is driven by a commitment to precision, creativity, and mindful impact, making complex challenges manageable and meaningful.
An influencer and a humanitarian at heart, Gillian provided meals for the homeless, tutored youth, mentored women in transition, hosted wellness events and professional development workshops, has been an invited speaker at various youth empowerment and teen leadership series and gave her congressional testimony regarding discriminatory practices used against minority home buyers during the predatory lending crisis.
She’s a self-published author of How to be a Goal Achiever, a goal setting system designed to identify one big goal and break it into quarterly goals (available at Amazon, Barnes & Nobles, and Bookbaby), and holds a Master of Science in Communications Management from Simmons University and a Bachelor of Arts in Writing, Literature, and Publishing from Emerson College.
